Join us for a cheese making class. We will teach you how to make Feta, one of the most versatile and tasty cheeses ever made. This class will teach you the basic principles to make most other cheeses. Open classes are typically held the 3rd Saturday of each month from 4-630pm. Private classes of 6 minimum may be scheduled on other days by contacting us directly. Please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. The class includes a tour of the creamery, wine & cheese tasting as well as a brief discussion on the history of cheese. You will take home .5-1.0lb of cheese; please bring a small cooler or bag to transport your handcrafted cheese back to your home. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. $75 per person, minimum of 6 and maximum of 12 participants. We have limited parking; Uber or Lyft is suggested.
