Join us for this unique experience, where our artisan cheesemakers will teach you how to make Feta, a delectable, versatile, and, melt-in-your-mouth cheese. During this class, you learn the history of cheese making, gain the basic principles to make other cheeses, get a behind-the-scenes tour of the creamery, and taste award-winning CalyRoad Creamery cheeses and small-batch wines. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes, and will take home 0.5 to 1.0lb of cheese (bring a small cooler).
Classes are held the 3rd Saturday of each month from 4:00-6:30 p.m. and require a minimum of six people. To book one of these Saturday classes, click on a highlighted calendar date, add it to your cart, and check out.
